ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

PRODUCTS ORDERED TOGETHER WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER AS ONE SHIPMENT. FOR SEPARATE PARCELS PLEASE ORDER SEPARATELY AS SEPARATE SHIPPING FEES WOULD APPLY.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY – Next day delivery is not applicable for pre-orders. Pre-orders take up to 6-8 weeks regardless of which delivery service is paid for. If next day delivery is chosen then the product will be dispatched with next day delivery when it’s ready.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Our team at Ranni Haar makes sure that  the items are delivered to you in perfect condition.  We provide you with honest images and exact specifications for you to make an informed decision. Howver due to lighting, colors may be a little ligther or darker than they might appear. 
We offer only exchange and have a no-refund policy. A product is eligible for exchange if it is wrongly delivered,damaged and broken. However we do require a unboxing video uncut and unedited. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE/WRONG OR MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If due to any reason, you receive wrong/incomplete order or damaged product, you are requested to trigger us an email at raniihaar@yahoo.com  with copy of invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product within 24 - 48  hours of receiving the product. Any request after 48 hours will not be accepted. 
For all other items, please send us a message by email at raniihaar@yahoo.com with a copy of receipt, pictures of the product and reasons for exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

On receipt of your email with required documents and pictures, our team  will review your request and convey our findings to you within 7 working days.

If your request is accepted, you will be asked to ship back the product(s) with original packing(s) to us in Elk Grove. 

 Please take utmost care in repackaging and shipping the products to avoid any incidental damage during the return of items.

The exchange/refund for your returned product will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the package and store credit will be issued to you. The store credit will be equivalent to the original price. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST WHILE RETURNING MY PRODUCT?

Shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If you return an item on which you received ‘free delivery’, you will be provided with store credit.
